And in happy music news, I had to go to a contract signing in Hollywood, and decided to take a 5 mile detour to Amoeba to get the new Mates of State album.
It's amazing (I've heard most of it).
See? Radio airplay and downloading an MP3 does work wonders...listening to the same two songs was just not enough for me. I love this album and I should perhaps finally write that entry explaining how I always seem to fall upon fantastic albums that are so appropriate to what's going on in my life or how I should be if I'm not already.
