...or, this is going to break me.
My knees are really feeling the pain of my running nearly three miles nearly every day.
Of course, this isn't going to stop me, especially after hanging out with my cousin who's lost A LOT of size and looks gooood. I'm sure she feels good (physically), too.
I want to be back in shape, but maybe all this running isn't the way to go.
Gotta mind the diet, change up the exercising, and just be a mindful in every way as possible.
Oh, and I guess I should go on with the 5 days of running I haven't logged on my blog yet...
Summary:
Monday (last) hurt from the bad diet I had for that day and the day before,
Tuesday wasn't so bad, though I did two laps (both run/walk)
Wednesday I went with others, and it was fun, but very tiring
Thursday I missed due to things happening
Friday marked the return of the early morning run, and it was nice, except my knees were hurting. Also experimented with starting the run halfway through the first lap
Missed Saturday, partly due to the fact that I was in pain
Sunday was rain and pain
Today was a two lap run/walk, no warmup. Kind of hurt, but I didn't do much anyway.
Times forthcoming, and yes, I do remember things from each run.
