A New Sensation...

For as long as I can remember, I've been very irregular in many ways, but the one I'm discussing in this instance is my...bowel movements.

It's been said that I got most of my traits from my dad's side of the family; my height, my facial features, hair, even demeanor, but from the neck down and butt up, I take to my mom's side.

That includes my proportional-with-weight breast size, and digestion system.

My mom has the same problem. I never thought it a problem; I just thought that not going #2 every single day is normal, but I guess it's not. I know people who go not very long after they have a meal. As for me, I'm used to waiting a few days before things get processed.

I'm not sure if it's the regular exercise I'm getting, or the relatively decent diet I've been keeping with, but I've been pretty regular for the past couple of weeks.

It's so regular, in fact, I usually have to go at a certain time in the morning, like clockwork.

I know some people are like that, and if they miss their "daily" time, they'll be irritated and well...full of shit. But it's a strange and new concept for me. I'm not saying it's a bad thing, but after 27 years, it would be something to get used to...

With that, I'm past my due time, and I really have to go now.

ADDENDUM (THIS IS WHERE IT GETS A LITTLE TMI):The one thing that I'm totally not used to is the fact that now I do this daily, I'm surprised by the amount of movement there is. With my "regular irregular" ways, I would be used to this really large loads, known to clog some systems on occasion (that's why I'm so pro with the plunger). But now that I have this daily habit, I get the feeling to go, and there's really nothing there. I feel like there should be more output for my efforts. I guess it's something I have to get used to, because I still really can't wrap my head around it...

everybody poops.

i also happen to be "irregular" and my ex (who is *overly* regular, to the point of multiple times EVERY DAY) always thought it was weird that i could easily go three or four days without a bm.

teehee, tmi. :)
