I'm Not Hungry.

I know I should eat.

Especially since I'm sick.

But doesn't the saying say to "Starve the cold?"

I feel like doing that right now.

Part of my being sick these past few days has also led to my tummy doing lots of funny things. Like gurgling and internally farting for hours after I eat the wrong combination of things.

Banana = BAD
Mexican Burger = BAD
Ramen with Egg = GOOD
Instant Shouyu Ramen Bowl = GOOD
Pork Shoulder and Salad = Not so BAD, but BAD still

That is a sampling.

Yes, I did do the whole drinking the peppermint tea to help settle the stomach, because peppermint aids in digestion. Yep. Nope. Ain't no good.

Based on these results, I should just cook up some of the basic ramen packs we got here, add an egg, some peppers and that should do me well. That also may help loosen all the muck that's stuck in my chest. I know it's there. I can feel it. But it doesn't want to come out. I don't think I want it to stay stuck in my chest either, but I don't want to be coughing it out if yannowhadimean. Instead, some pasta sounds nice, or even steam up some chicken veggie gyoza from the freezer and whip up some rice to go with it. BUT NO! I'm not HUNGRY!

Not to mention, roommate is soaking stovetop stuff...like the little iron thingy that keeps the pots and pans from the flame and junk.

All I want to is to sleep, poop, pee and maybe drink double shots of Emergen-C.

Wait...that's what I did parts of Friday, Sunday and all of Saturday. And I was MISERABLE.

Don't it always seem to go that you don't know what you've got 'till it's gone?

...and you thought I'd bust the Joni Mitchell on you, didn't ya?
